Hump Day Market and Hangouts - Tuffy's Music Box and Lounge

  1. This event takes place at Tuffy’s Music Box and Lounge (200 Myrtle Avenue, Sanford, FL 32771) on Wednesday May 6th and May 20th.
  2. The event takes place from 5 pm to 9 pm.
  3. Check in starts at 3 pm. All Vendors must be fully set-up and ready to begin by 5 pm.
  4. All Vendors must be open during the entire run-time of the event and tear down must not begin before 9 PM. If you tear down before 9 pm you may be barred from future Wizards and Lizards events.
  5. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup, including any tables or chairs you might need.
  6. This event is being held at Tuffy’s and will be rain or shine. The majority of booths will be located under their pavilion or inside the stage room. 10×10 spaces will require a tent and appropriate weights.
  7. We are open to all vendors but are giving first priority to those who have a focus on local, handmade goods, local businesses, and vintage themed goods.
  8. Please, No AI generated images. We are not here to witch hunt small artists, but be aware that we do check all booth shots and uploaded images. Obvious AI will not be accepted and will be asked to leave day-of event
  9. Vendors are not allowed to “Carnival Bark” for customers or solicit other business’s for sales. Signage offering vendor discounts are acceptable.
  10. Sorry, we are not able to accept applications for food (meal) vendors for this event. Snacks are OK. If you are unsure, apply anyway so we can ask!
  11. Inside Booths – vendors with medical needs or product needs will be given preference for inside booths in that order. If you require an inside 8×8 booth, please note that in special requests.

The vendors for this event are being run by Wizards and Lizards and all communication will come from our official email and signed by The Bard, Adam Brown, or The Sorcerer, Dylan Brown. Please disregard any other communication.

If you would like your invoices to be split by event, please mark here. All other invoices will be bundled by application. Please note, invoices for the first chronological event applied to will be due 1 week after you receive it. Invoices for later events will be due at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Please provide one (1) clear booth shot, your companies logo (1) , and closeup examples of your merch (up to 3). These pictures will be used for your application and may be used to promote your attendance at the faire on our social media channels.
Please provide a brief splash description of your company to be used in any social media and marketing we may do for the event.
Vendor Application Acknowledgment
By clicking here, I acknowledge that this is an application and does not guarantee placement at the event. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Wizards and Lizards. If accepted, I understand that: An invoice will be sent directly by Wizards and Lizards. Invoices from any other party should be considered invalid. Payment in full must be received within 7 business days of the invoice date to secure my space. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in forfeiture of my spot. I agree to follow all rules provided by Wizards and Lizards and Lakeland Square Mall, including those outlined here and in any pre-registration communications. All payments are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, illness, no-show, inclement weather, or removal due to rule violations. By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
